Snake Stance

Snake Stance

SNAKE STANCE

Left or Right Snake

Whichever foot you step out with transfer your body weight on to the other foot lowering the weight in to it so the knee bends, step forwards and slightly out to the side approximately a pace with your foot, placing the heel, ball of foot then the toes down transferring 50% of your body weight on to it bending the knee so the weight is evenly distributed on both feet, back straight, shoulders relaxed, hands resting by your sides, eyes looking forwards in to the near distance.

NOTES

Always keep a small gap in-between your feet leaving enough room for your hips to face straight forward keeping you evenly balanced and your feet grounded keeping the body upright and centred.
