SCISSOR STANCE
Left and Right Scissor
Whichever foot you step out with transfer your body weight on to the other foot sinking the weight in to it so the knee bends, step out and over behind and beyond the other foot placing the ball of the toes down, making sure you do not transfer any weight onto the toes, keep the back straight, shoulders relaxed, eyes looking forwards in the near distance.
NOTES
Make sure you keep a gap between the two feet so there is enough space to bend the knees.
