RIDING HORSE STANCE

There is no left or right to Riding Horse but you can step into Eagle with your left or right foot

Whichever foot you step out with transfer your body weight on to the other foot sinking the weight in to it so the knee bends, then step out sideways approximately a pace and a half, placing the heel, ball of foot then the toes down transferring your body weight evenly on to both feet bending the knees. The toes should be pointing forwards, back straight, shoulders relaxed, hands resting on your thighs, eyes looking forwards in the near distance.

NOTES

Make sure you think of both feet together while feeling the ball of the big toe, the ball of the little toe and the outside of the heel which are the key points of the foot.

Riding a horse takes bravery, balance, and patience.
