LEOPARD STANCE
Left and Right Leopard
Whichever leg you step out with transfer your body weight on to the other leg sinking the weight in to it so the knee bends, then step out to the side approximately a pace and a half with your foot, placing the heel, ball of foot then the toes down keeping all the weight on to the opposite leg, keeping the back straight, shoulders relaxed, eyes looking forwards in the near distance.
NOTES
To change from a right to left Leopard or vies versa do the movement with the hips and knees moving the body in a semi circle transferring the weight from one side to the other keeping the hips facing forwards. Do not lift the body up and over.
