Ongoing Weekly Workshops only @£5 per workshop
Tuesday Morning 10.30am – 12.00 noon
Thursday Evening 7.30pm–9.00pm
Tai Chi can give us health vitality and longevity.
With a little dedication and commitment.
By learning to understand our body and listen to our breathing.
The slow physical movements and co-ordinating of the breath gives us balance which stimulates and unblocks our internal energy so it can flow freely, relaxing our muscles and mind giving us meditation in movement.
Tones and vitalises the whole body, strengthens joints, improves posture, reduces stress, promotes confidence and self esteem.

Instructor Angie Wood is a Qualified Black Jacket Teacher in The Lee Family Style of T’ai Chi Ch’uan, K’ai Men Taoist Yoga and Dao Yin Taoist Breathing Exercises
Angie has studied T'ai Chi Ch'uan Lee (Li) style under Gisela and Howard Gibbon of the East West Toist Association for the past 9 years qualifiying as a teacher in 2007 and is studying the Lee style Feng Shou (Hand of the Wind Kung Fu) under Mark Kirby County Coach of the North Yorksire Division
