Eagle Stance

EAGLE STANCE
There is no left or right to Eagle but you can step into Eagle with your left or right foot
 
Heels together body weight evenly on both legs, toes pointing slightly outwards, knees loose and slightly bent, back straight, shoulders relaxed with the arms by your sides, eyes looking forwards in the near distance.
 
 
NOTES
 
Make sure you think of both feet together while feeling the ball of the big toe, the ball of the little toe and the outside of the heel which are the key points of the foot.
Think up at the crown of the head
