Dragon Stance

DRAGON STANCE

Left and Right Stance

Whichever leg you step out with, transfer your body weight on to the other leg sinking the weight in to it so the knee bends, then step forwards and slightly out to the side approximately a pace and a half with your foot, placing the heel, ball of foot then the toes down transferring 80% of your body weight on to it bending the knee and straightening your other leg, keeping the back straight, shoulders relaxed, eyes looking forwards in the near distance.

NOTES

Always keep a small gap in-between your feet leaving enough room for your hips to face straight forward keeping you evenly balanced and your feet grounded keeping the body upright and centred.
