DOG STANCE

Whichever foot you raise up transfer your body weight on to the other leg sinking the weight in to it so the knee bends, raise the other foot up with the toes pulled back anywhere from a 10° to 90° in a straight line, once the leg is parallel with the ground relax the toes down, keeping the back straight, shoulders relaxed, eyes looking forwards in the near distance..
NOTES
Always keep the weight sunk down in the other leg do not let the body pull up when you raise the foot off the ground.
