CROSSED LEG STANCE
Left or Right Crossed Leg
Whichever foot you step out with transfer your body weight on to the other foot sinking the weight in to it so the knee bends, then step out and over in front of and beyond the other foot placing the ball of the toes down on the ground but do not transfer any of the weight over onto the toes, keeping the back straight, shoulders relaxed, eyes looking forwards in the near distance.
NOTES
Make sure you keep a gap between the two feet so there is enough space to place the heel down without standing on the other foot.
